RETURN POLICY :

        Cacprintwear.com  is committed to customer satisfaction.  If there is an error on our part*,  We will reprint the order and ship it to you.    If the items that are in question are less than 5 pieces, we will credit you the price of those items.  We generally include extra shirts with each order.   If the apparel is material different from what you ordered

       Example: (Royal blue t-shirts were ordered and you received Navy Blue T-shirts)                                            we will re-ship replacement items with no additional cost to you.

        *An Error on our part is any change that we make that is not authorized or approved by the customer. 

        Any mistakes or quality reproduction issues in spelling or art omission that are present on the approved, submitted client artwork or client-approved proof are not the responsibility of Cacprintwear.com       

       Refunds are offered as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase.   In-house credit amounts to be issued shall be solely determined by the invoice for those goods in question.      We have a right to possession of defective merchandise,  and it will be our discretion  as to whether to issue a replacement or credit.   We will provide a call tag for the return of apparel.   Return authorizations can be requested via email or by calling 1-866-661-4348.  A return authorization must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.          Orders that exceed $5,000.00 dollars may require payment in the form of a wire transfer or certified check.  Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover .    If you send a personal check, your order will go into production once the check clears the bank.

   

                                   All orders are secured transactions via GEOTRUST.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

       IF PRODUCTION HAS BEEN STARTED OR ITEMS HAVE BEEN ORDERED IN FROM THE MILL ON A CUSTOM ORDER THAT HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED AND PAID FOR,  NO CANCELLATION CAN BE MADE THAT ALLOWS FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT.

PROCESS AND SIMULATED PROCESS JOBS:

     Cacprintwear.com will print full color designs, however it is different type of printing than paper printing that you may do with an inkjet printer.   Textiles absorb ink and therefore can cause the design to be a little darker than what it may appear on your screen or on paper.  Washing will lighten the print a little.  Process printing is done at a much lower dpi than what a paper printer will print.    If you are expecting a perfect duplication then this process is not for you.  We have printed many full color designs with many happy customers.- Please be clear on your expectations.
